How do I distribute my brand with Purity Life?

To distribute your brand with Purity Life, please complete our New Brand Application Form on the “Partner With Us” page. Our Category Management team will review your submission and reach out if there’s a potential fit within our portfolio. We’re always looking to partner with innovative brands that align with our commitment to natural health and wellness.

What kind of products does Purity Life distribute?

Purity Life specializes in distributing natural health products, including nutritional supplements, clean beauty and personal care, eco-conscious household goods, and natural food and beverage. We focus on high-quality, innovative products that support a healthy lifestyle.

How can I become a retail partner with Purity Life?

If you are a retailer interested in carrying our products, please complete our Become a Retailer form. As a Purity Life partner, you’ll gain access to Canada’s leading portfolio of natural health products, reliable distribution, and ongoing support from our devoted team.

What types of retailers does Purity Life serve?

We work with a wide range of retailers including natural health stores, pharmacies, grocery chains, online wellness retailers, and independent boutiques across Canada. Our diverse network ensures broad and strategic product placement.

What is the onboarding process like for new brands?

Once approved, new brands go through a structured onboarding process that includes product setup, regulatory compliance review, pricing and terms confirmation, and promotional planning. Our experienced team ensures a smooth integration into our system and across our retail network.

Are there any specific requirements or certifications needed to partner with Purity Life?

We look for products that are clean-label, bilingual, ethically sourced, and environmentally responsible. Certifications such as Non-GMO, USDA Organic, Health Canada NPNs, Vegan, and Fair Trade are highly valued. All products must meet Health Canada regulations and include full product documentation.

Will Purity Life’s CustomerLink (online ordering) system have Grocery items from the former Horizon, ONFC and PSC added to it?

Short term no, however in the next 9 months we expect to deploy a version of CustomerLink for the Grocery division that will allow retailers to order Grocery items using a different instance of CustomerLink.

Will I be able to order grocery items through my current Purity Lifesales representative?

No, you will not be able to as current systems will not allow this. You will need to continue to order from your former Horizon, PSC and ONFC sales representative, which will now be a part of the Purity Life Grocery division.

Will my terms or discounts between Purity Life and the former Horizonbusinesses (Horizon, ONFC & PSC) change?

There will be no change or harmonizing of discounts or terms between divisions as they will be on separate systems so your existing terms and conditions will continue as they are.

Will my sales rep change?

We have no immediate plans to change sales representation. We will be operating two distinct sales divisions, one for Grocery and one for Wellness.
