Become a Grocery Vendor

Purity Life’s Grocery Division welcomes new product submissions from organic and natural brands seeking national distribution in Canada.

As a trusted distributor of organic, natural, and sustainable grocery and household products, we proudly serve a wide network of retailers, from major national and regional grocery chains to independent health food stores, specialty shops, cafés, and buying clubs.

Our Grocery Division operates from three distribution facilities across the country: our head office in Burnaby, British Columbia, and regional centers in Mississauga, Ontario, and Victoria, British Columbia, ensuring efficient, coast-to-coast service.

If you’re interested in partnering with Purity Life Grocery, please follow the steps below to submit your products for listing consideration. We review each submission carefully and appreciate your patience as we work through the process. Please allow up to one week for an initial response.

Step 1: Download the Grocery New Product Listing Form

This form applies to all organic and natural grocery products in the dry, chill, frozen, or natural household categories.

Step 2: Complete the Form

Ensure all information provided is complete and accurate. Incomplete submissions cannot be reviewed.

 

Step 3: Submit Your Completed Form

Email your completed form to grocerylistings@horizondistributors.com using your company email address.

 

Step 4: Send Product Samples

Submit at minimum one sample of each product you are presenting in CFIA-compliant Canadian packaging. All product samples must be received before a submission can be reviewed. Samples are not returnable.
